Key Responsibilities
● Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and establish initial contact with key decision-makers at target companies using a multichannel approach (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective messaging strategies to convert potential leads into meaningful conversations.
● Lead Qualification
- Assess and qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and readiness to engage.
- Generate high-value sales opportunities by nurturing and developing relationships with potential clients.
● Pipeline Management
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless handoffs to the account executive team.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress with potential clients.
● Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop and refine outbound sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador on social platforms, positioning yourself as an expert in the field of creative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, preferably within creative agencies or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with enterprise customers.
Skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and the ability to engage prospects through multiple channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to executive management.
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
