Key Responsibilities

● Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote era92’s services and initiatives.
  2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
  3. Create content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, and video scripts.
● Brand Management & Communications
  1. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication materials and platforms.
  2. Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized.
  3. Develop PR strategies to enhance era92’s public image and secure media coverage.
  4. Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
● Social Media & Digital Engagement
  1. Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with era92’s brand.
  2. Monitor audience engagement and use analytics to improve social media performance.
  3. Respond to online inquiries and foster strong community engagement.
● Stakeholder & Client Communication
  1. Develop communication materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing assets that align with business goals.
  3. Coordinate communication efforts with partners, media houses, and key stakeholders.
● Event & Campaign Coordination
  1. Organize promotional events, workshops, and webinars to increase brand awareness.
  2. Coordinate photo and video shoots to create compelling marketing content.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.

Skills

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
