The Challenge

Branding

Impact Nations had great and compelling messages however, the presentation of the messages was not on brand yet visually attractive work is highly sought after more than work that’s not, which wasn’t the case with Impact Nations. The fonts were always distorted and brand colors never mixed right. Keeping all design work in-house ate up valuable time and hiring once off was only reserved for intense design documents.

Social Media Presence

The unappealing graphics then lowered the brand’s engagement on all its social media platforms. Low engagement on the brand’s posts resulted in less traction on their platforms. This made the brand appear amateur online and even powerful campaigns seem insignificant because of the way they were being promoted.

Films

Before the subscription, Impact Nations would hire era92 for one-off film productions. Because one-offs are expensive, they could only make so many films. On top of that, being an international organization with partners in different countries, they were barely documenting their work on ground and if they desired to, it was simply too hectic to coordinate and put together.
