1. Hours
For flexibility purposes, we count deliverables, not hours.
2. Edits and review
Clients on retainer enjoy unlimited revision rounds. Through clear communication about deliverables and expectations, we have learned that the revision rounds typically range from 2 to 4, and that’s acceptable to us.
3. Staying within the deliverables
We always strive to work with clients based on their monthly/quarterly/bi-annual work plans to establish timelines for every deliverable and ensure timely delivery. Using a shared Google Sheet, we track all the deliverables, which we review monthly.
4. Urgent deliverables
We are flexible and can always make time to deliver the unprecedented promotional materials you might urgently need. The turnaround time for these depends on the complexity or ease of the deliverable.
