era92 Global is a rapidly growing youth-driven creative social enterprise that collaborates with nonprofits, businesses, and entrepreneurs to provide high-quality digital services encompassing Web Development & Design, Film-Making, Copywriting, Graphics Design, and Social Media Management. Our mission is to leverage our profits to empower youth from underserved communities across Africa by imparting valuable digital skills. We specialize in supporting Nonprofits and Social Enterprises with the top 1% of African talent to enhance their marketing efforts, enabling them to reach more people and raise more funds.

Responsibilities

  • High-Level Resource Planning: Develop and execute strategic resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of talent and resources to meet organizational goals.

  • Operational Procedure Development: Create, implement, and review operational procedures to streamline workflow, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and account managers to oversee agency KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to senior management on the operational status, challenges, and opportunities, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Time Tracking: Ensure that all employees accurately track their time to facilitate data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Human Resources Support: Assist the human resources team in recruitment efforts, promote a culture that encourages top performance, and contribute to talent development initiatives.

  • Change Management: Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives, adapting to industry trends and market dynamics.

  • Innovation and Business Development: Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth by staying informed about industry trends and emerging market dynamics.

  • Technology and Data Analytics: Leverage technology and data analytics to drive insights that enhance operational effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships through strong negotiation and contract management skills to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Ethical Leadership: Uphold a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all business dealings, serving as a role model for the organization.

  • Presentation and Strategy: Communicate your strategies and plans effectively to stakeholders, inspiring confidence and support for your initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
  • Excellent business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting, coupled with a strategic approach to operational efficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and business development.
  • Solid project management skills with the capability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in technology and data analytics to drive business insights.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
