Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will be a pro active problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Should be flexible and consistent maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, emails, phone calls, client management and other administrative correspondence
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of information to CEO
- Manage travel arrangements and CEO’s itineraries, accommodations, transportation and meals.
- Providing administrative and office support such as typing, dictations,maintenance of filing systems and contact database management.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that CEO’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld.
Qualifications:
A relevant Diploma or Degree in the specific industry-related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks..
- Proficiency with office software and an ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
- Strong sense of purpose and self-driven
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the organization and its employees.
